Fresh off Dragon's Den and heading toward a John Lewis listing, Azio had the momentum — but not yet the brand infrastructure to match it. Scaling fast without losing creative integrity is harder than it sounds.I systemised their content production, built a campaign framework the team could run at pace, and distilled the brand's zero-compromise, pro-ageing positioning into something ownable beyond paid ads. Every decision was made with the shelf, the scroll and the founder's original vision in mind simultaneously.

I built the Give to Gain campaign platform from the ground up, refined the logo, colour palette and tone of voice, then designed every asset for an invite-only International Women's Day event at Meta — the moment the new direction would go public for the first time.
